Ten se pro n\u011bj d\u00edky na\u0161\u00ed spolupr\u00e1ci stal vyd\u011bl\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed a ziskovou radost\u00ed. To je sen ka\u017ed\u00e9ho za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00edc\u00edho e-shopa\u0159e. Pokud m\u00e1te PNO 20 % znamen\u00e1 to, \u017ee jste investovali nap\u0159. 10 000 K\u010d do kampan\u00ed, kter\u00e9 v\u00e1m p\u0159inesly 50 000 K\u010d. Tedy 10 000 K\u010d je 20 % z 50 000 K\u010d. Matematicky by to bylo vyj\u00e1d\u0159en\u00e9 n\u00e1sledovn\u011b: 10000 (n\u00e1klad) \/ 50000 (obrat) = 0,2 a te\u010f to vyn\u00e1sobit na procenta: 0,2 * 100 = 20 %.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-pale-cyan-blue-background-color has-background wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Vysv\u011btlen\u00ed ROAS: je to mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed zkratka pro to stejn\u00e9, ale obr\u00e1cen\u011b. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 v\u00fdsledek nen\u00ed v procentech, ale v n\u00e1sobc\u00edch. ROAS znamen\u00e1 <strong>R<\/strong>eturn <strong>O<\/strong>n <strong>A<\/strong>d <strong>S<\/strong>pend (ROAS). Pokud bychom vzali stejn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edklad jako naho\u0159e, tak p\u0159i z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed obratu z kampan\u00ed 50 000 K\u010d a investice do nich 10 000 K\u010d je ROAS 5. Tyto puzzle jsou vyr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00e9 kvalitn\u011b v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice a nab\u00edz\u00ed \u0161irokou variabilitu mo\u017enost\u00ed konfigurace, dopln\u011bn\u00ed a \u00faprav. Sklik od Seznamu n\u00e1m v tuto chv\u00edli ned\u00e1val smysl. E-shop jsme prozkoumali a ur\u010dili jsme vhodn\u00e9 odkazy pro reklamy a nov\u00fd obsah reklam. Po\u017e\u00e1dal jsem klienta o dod\u00e1n\u00ed fotek, vide\u00ed a text\u016f pro kampan\u011b. Tuto kampa\u0148 bohu\u017eel nelze \u0161k\u00e1lovat, jsme toti\u017e z\u00e1visl\u00ed na mno\u017estv\u00ed vyhled\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed zna\u010dky Postav si M\u011bsto (je brandov\u00e1). Non brandovou kampa\u0148 jsme testovali a bohu\u017eel jsme nebyli schopni ji zoptimalizovat tak, aby doru\u010dovala rentabiln\u00ed PNO. Tento odchod byl f\u00e9rov\u00fd. Telefonicky m\u011b zkontaktoval, v\u0161e jsme v klidu probrali, d\u016fvody byly pochopiteln\u00e9 &#8211; zkusit je\u0161t\u011b n\u011bkoho jin\u00e9ho, jestli nep\u0159ijde s \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm nebo n\u00e1vrhem, kter\u00fd p\u0159inese lep\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdsledky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V dob\u011b telefon\u00e1tu jsem byl zrovna na dovolen\u00e9 v italsk\u00fdch Ben\u00e1tk\u00e1ch, tak\u017ee m\u011b to mrzelo a \u010d\u00e1st dovolen\u00e9 jsem nad t\u00edm p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161lel. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b jsem si byl v\u011bdom toho, \u017ee jsem ud\u011blal 100 % pro v\u00fdkonnost kampan\u00ed a tak trochu jsem tu\u0161il, \u017ee by se klient mohl v budoucnu vr\u00e1tit. Z\u0159ejm\u011b \u0161est\u00fd smysl po t\u011bch 10+ letech v oboru. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jsem si toti\u017e pokorn\u011b v\u011bdom toho, \u017ee jsem vyzkou\u0161el to nejlep\u0161\u00ed a byl jsem p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den\u00fd, \u017ee nikdo nem\u016f\u017ee p\u0159ij\u00edt s lep\u0161\u00edm nastaven\u00edm, kter\u00e9 by bylo schopno doru\u010dit lep\u0161\u00ed konverzn\u00ed v\u00fdsledky. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b se to st\u00e1t m\u016f\u017ee, nikdo nev\u00ed v\u0161echno, ale \u0161ance byly z m\u00e9ho pohledu minim\u00e1ln\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V tuto chv\u00edli pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b kampan\u011b nefungovaly d\u00edky nevhodn\u00e9 propozici, nevhodn\u00fdm kreativ\u00e1m a textac\u00edm, d\u00edky nevhodn\u00e9mu na\u010dasov\u00e1n\u00ed (p\u0159ed l\u00e9tem a v l\u00e9t\u011b je v\u011bt\u0161inou v\u00fdkonnost tohoto typu produktu slab\u0161\u00ed) a tak\u00e9 v tom samoz\u0159ejm\u011b mohly st\u00e1t dal\u0161\u00ed prom\u011bnn\u00e9, nap\u0159. nedostate\u010dn\u011b dobr\u00e1 pr\u00e1ce u zb\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00edch 3P ze <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cernovsky.cz\/marketing\/marketingovy-mix-4p\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"2184\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">4P marketingov\u00e9ho mixu<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To co m\u016fj \u0161est\u00fd smysl tu\u0161il se nakonec stalo realitou. Po n\u011bkolika m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch se klient znovu ozval. \u0158ekl, \u017ee s agenturou ud\u011blali zm\u011bny na e-shopu, vyladili trackov\u00e1n\u00ed e-shopu a <a href=\"https:\/\/support.google.com\/analytics\/answer\/10089681?hl=cs\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/support.google.com\/analytics\/answer\/10089681?hl=cs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Google Analytics 4<\/a>, ale kampan\u011b nedosahovaly v\u00fdsledk\u016f, kter\u00fdch jsme spolu dos\u00e1hli na ja\u0159e. Zm\u00ednil, \u017ee tohle je posledn\u00ed \u0161ance, kterou sv\u00e9mu projektu d\u00e1v\u00e1. Bu\u010f n\u00e1m to te\u010f bude fungovat nebo &#8220;zav\u00edr\u00e1 kr\u00e1m&#8221;. Pod\u00edvali jsme se na e-shop, jak se zm\u011bnila jeho struktura, kategorie, produkty, ceny, jak vypadaj\u00ed data ve Facebook reklam\u011b, Google reklam\u011b, Google Analytics 4 a Sklik reklam\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed bylo vysok\u00e9. V\u00fdkonnost mus\u00ed b\u00fdt lep\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e na ja\u0159e a tak\u00e9 vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e s agenturou. Po\u017e\u00e1dal jsem klienta o nov\u00e9 podklady k reklam\u011b (fotky a videa). Z\u00e1rove\u0148 jsem mu nab\u00eddl slu\u017eby m\u00e9ho t\u00fdmu. To je slu\u017eba, kterou jsme na ja\u0159e je\u0161t\u011b neposkytovali, proto jsem ji tehdy nemohl nab\u00eddnout. Ale pozor, nebude v\u00e1m fungovat ledajak\u00e9 video. Video je t\u0159eba m\u00edt dob\u0159e sest\u0159\u00edhan\u00e9, otitulkovan\u00e9, d\u00e1t muziku do pozad\u00ed, m\u00edt chytlav\u00fd \u00favod (ide\u00e1ln\u011b jich testovat hned n\u011bkolik), kter\u00fd u\u017eivatele p\u0159it\u00e1hne k obrazovce telefonu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nesm\u00edte zapomenout na v\u00fdzvu k akci a z\u00e1rove\u0148 neust\u00e1le zkou\u0161et nov\u00e1 videa a testovat r\u016fzn\u00e9 verze. Je to hodn\u011b pr\u00e1ce, ale ty v\u00fdsledky? Nikdy nic negarantuji, ale tady v\u00e1m m\u016f\u017eu sd\u011blit, \u017ee dos\u00e1hnete takov\u00fdch v\u00fdsledk\u016f, kter\u00e9 jste v minulosti nem\u011bly. Fakt. Nekec\u00e1m. \u010cestn\u00fd. A jak\u00e9 tedy bylo to celkov\u00e9 PNO v Google reklam\u011b? Nakonec jsme se dostali na pr\u016fm\u011br za n\u011bkolikam\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed obdob\u00ed 10,33 % PNO p\u0159i n\u00e1sobn\u00e9m denn\u00edm rozpo\u010dtu ne\u017e na ja\u0159e. \u0160koda, \u017ee jsme nemohli je\u0161t\u011b t\u00fdden a\u017e dva pokra\u010dovat, rozpo\u010dty bychom stihli je\u0161t\u011b efektivn\u011b zn\u00e1sobit. Av\u0161ak tak\u00e9 n\u00e1m sd\u011blil, \u017ee \u0161k\u00e1lujeme a\u017e p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 dob\u0159e a moc rychle a t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 vyprazd\u0148ujeme jeho sklad.
